New Meeting Room

The Ottawa Association of People who Stutter is pleased to announce that we have found a new home! The room is the "Beach Room" in the Kolbus Lakeside Centre at Britannia Park (102 Greenview Avenue). It is quite nice and bright, and it overlooks the beach. The Centre has a main hall with a stage and the entrance to the Beach room is to the left of the stage.

There is plenty of parking in front of the building. The centre can be reached by bus by taking #16 Britannia which ends at the Centre. You can also take a no. 85 and get off at the corner of Carling and Greenview Ave. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Centre.

We have found out that we all need the structured practice, so if you feel the same way, please consider our group. We also want your input on what format and what ideas everyone has to make the group grow – both old and newer graduates, or even if you haven’t taken therapy yet, we want to be there for you and for ourselves.
